Lunch servers receive premium pay plus tips. All Club employees have golfing privileges.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Servers average $10-$20 per hour and have access to golf.
  • Focus on details to provide high quality service to members and outside guests.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in knowledge, quality, consistency, service, products, work environment, and member satisfaction.
  • Take F&B orders and enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
  • Accurately describe menu items, specials, drinks and wines.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Interact with co-workers in tandem, communicating clearly and precisely.
  • Accommodate any special requests that the kitchen is able to deliver for the guest.
  • Up-sell established menu items or specials to maximize F&B revenue.
  • Serve guests in a prompt and courteous manner according to established service standards.
  • Note timing of meal progression and notifies kitchen staff.
  • Perform pre-and post-shift sidework; stock service station, make coffee, polish glassware etc.
  • Settle member charges and guest payments.
  • May assist Host/Hostess with greeting and seating of guests and filling glasses.
  • Learn menu items and accompaniments, along with daily specials.
  • Answer questions about food, drinks and other restaurant/club services.
  • Continually monitor guest’s dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Remove used tableware between courses and provides tableware for the next course.
  • Assist with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
  • Maintain tidiness of table throughout meal with readiness to assist clear and reset tables.
  • Complete all duties and follow closing checklists before leaving.
  • Ensure club policies are followed and confidentiality is maintained for members, guests and LRCC.
  • Team members must be friendly, enthusiastic and work independently.
  • Typical hours are early morning until afternoon and include holidays and weekends when needed.
  • Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks including in-depth cleaning, daily spot cleaning and sanitizing of the Lodge, pavilion, pro shop, fitness center, pool house, restrooms and offices.
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replenish.
  • Communicate with management if damage or disturbances are found.
  • Deep clean, sanitize and restock four on-site guest rooms.
  • Ensure cleanliness of rooms meet company standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Refresh rooms for guests when requested.
  • Responsible for other areas as required.
  • Wages depend on experience.
  • Hiring for full time, 30+ hours per week 
  • Must have reliable transportation, clean background check, flexibility with schedule, and positive attitude.
  • Up to $15.00 per hour
